When tracking you food and tryoing to hit your keto macros, you should calibrate your portions to be exact. This will help to make sure that you will actually get into ketosis. Weigh your food wit ha scale and use measuring cups as well where appropriate.

USE CARB ALTERNATIVES
Going from eating carbs to very little is hard. Use carb alternatives like cauliflower to make cauliflower rice and mash. You can pick up some shirataki noodles to fulfill your craving for pasta as well!

SUBSTITUTE DAIRY
Choose heavy whipping cream for you coffee over sugar or plain milk. You can even use almond or coconut milk as well!
